I entered this field driven by a deep desire to relieve pain and offer comfort and calm to help people navigate life's challenges. It brings me immense joy to have developed Energetic Reflexology, a method I improved over time, to deliver these benefits in treatments.

 

 It was truly remarkable to discover that following treatments, children with ADHD experienced increased calmness and improved focus during their school classes. Furthermore, they began to give and seek gentle touch from their therapists and important individuals in their lives.

 

Women facing fertility challenges, including those undergoing IVF, joyfully share their news of successful pregnancies with me. The Energetic Reflexology treatment relieved them from the stress, guilt, grief, anger, and helplessness associated with their fertility journey.  

The treatment reconnected them with their bodies, supported their feminine and therapeutic journey, and established a calm foundation for optimal foetal development.

 

And older women experience relief from age-related symptoms and illnesses. As aging leads to reduced mobility and slower cell regeneration, Energetic Reflexology stimulates circulation and lymphatic flow, addressing physical and energetic blockages.  

After the treatment, these women describe experiencing deep, restful sleep, a profound sense of calm and joy, and a feeling of greater lightness and grace in their bodies.

 

As a reflexologist, I engage with individuals on profound physical and emotional levels, considering it an honour to nurture and care for their feet during treatments. I see the amazing uniqueness and beauty in each person through their feet. Every person is like a special story waiting to be discovered.
